Partner
Lip Yi is a civil litigator with experience in a wide range of matters involving complex claims in contract, tort, and company law, including disputes between companies, shareholders, and directors. Her experience spans both advisory and advocacy roles, and she has appeared as both lead and junior counsel before the High Court and the appellate courts. She graduated from the Australian National University with LLB (Hons.), First Class and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2018.

Eric is a founding partner of LY Chong & Eric Toh. He graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2018. His primary area of practice is in commercial, public law, family law and land law litigation.
